We are writing to let you know about an upcoming change to our transaction fee structure. Starting 15 July 2026, we will be adjusting our fees to ensure we can continue providing you with a reliable, secure, and fast platform for your online business.

What's changing?

For Pro account merchants, the transaction fee for successful payments will increase from RM 1.00 to RM 1.35 per transaction.

For Free/Basic account merchants, the transaction fee will increase from RM 1.50 to RM 1.75 per transaction.

Why are we doing this?

Over the past year, we have seen increased costs in payment processing, infrastructure maintenance, and security measures. We have absorbed these costs as long as possible, but to maintain the quality and reliability you expect from Klikwoi, we need to make this adjustment.

We understand no one likes price increases, and we do not take this decision lightly. Our priority is to keep Klikwoi sustainable so we can continue supporting your business growth with new features, better performance, and dedicated support.

What does this mean for you?

If you process 100 transactions a month on a Pro account, your fees will go from RM 100 to RM 135. That is an additional RM 35 per month.

We believe this remains very competitive in the market, especially with everything Klikwoi offers to help you sell more and manage your business efficiently.
